Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These terms apply to all services and applications of marcompile, that is to the site marcompile.com and to all apps marcompile offers for Android, iOS or other platforms, whether already published or provided in the future. For individual apps, the terms further below apply in addition.

3. Description of services
marcompile provides software applications and accompanying online services. Individual apps may be offered free of charge, funded by advertising or with an optional subscription. Scope, prices and terms are set out in the description in the respective app store and in the terms of the individual app.
4. Rights of use
All content of the apps and the site is protected by copyright. You are granted a simple, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use it privately as intended. Commercial redistribution or modification is excluded without consent.
5. Liability
The provider is liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In the case of simple negligence, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations. Any further liability, in particular for lost profits, indirect damage or loss of data, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
6. Availability
There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability of the online services. Maintenance, updates and technical outages, including outages caused by third parties, are possible. Functions that can work without a server are generally usable offline as well.
7. Amendments to these terms
Material changes are announced in good time in the affected app or on this site. If you do not object within six weeks of the announcement, the amended terms are deemed accepted. The announcement points out this consequence separately.
8. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected. The provider is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Terms for the Kleiner Kalender app
Description of services
Daily overview, birthdays with reminders, calendar with special days, public holidays, school holidays and moon calendar, your own events, home screen widgets and an optional synchronisation of selected data between several devices via a Google account. Basic use is free of charge.
Subscription
If the app offers a subscription, the following applies to it:
- Conclusion of contract:
- Purchase is handled by Google Play inside the app only.
- Price and term:
- €2.99 per year. The subscription renews automatically for another year unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trial:
- 3 days for the first subscription.
- Cancellation:
- In the Play Store app, open Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, choose "Kleiner Kalender Premium" and cancel the subscription, or in the browser at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Right of withdrawal:
- 14 days. By purchasing, you expressly agree that the premium content is provided immediately. Your right of withdrawal expires with the first use of this content. The free trial remains unaffected.
- Restoring:
- A subscription you have taken out can be reactivated on a new device via "Restore purchase" in the app settings.
Advertising
If the app shows advertising, the moon calendar details and the detail views of special days and periods are unlocked without an active subscription only after watching a video ad. Ads are never played without your explicit confirmation.
